Warton Barns, Toft
Specifcation Pack & Show Home Dressing
As part of our specification pack service, we provided the full specification for this exclusive development, built by Irwin Building & Development. Consisting of just two barn style properties, we wanted the scheme to be a fresh take on traditional country living. We were involved right from the early stages, planning the bathrooms and kitchens but also right through to the final dressing of the show home.

Client highlight:
Feedback has again been extremely positive, particularly the principal bedroom suite which was very well received. Our personal favourite is the en-suite with faux timber wall tiles to the walk-in shower- genius!
Pool House, Cambridgeshire
Full Turnkey Service
Inspired by our client's trips to the Alps, we designed this pool house using natural slate, reclaimed oak and stainless steel finishes. The external palette is a continuation of the interiors, creating a seamless transition from inside out. We also carefully selected the patio tiles and internal tiles for the pool to ensure the perfect shade of blue to dive into.

Bespoke New Build
Full Turnkey Service
A very special project, working closely with our clients to create their dream home. Working in collaboration with Irwin Building & Development, this home is brimming with exquisite finishes from Taj Mahal Granite to Fumed Oak.

Farm Cottage, Cambridgeshire
Bathroom Renovation
To make this bathroom more accessible to our client, we swapped the shower-over-bath for a sleek new tiled walk in shower. We re-worked the layout to allow for a tiled shower niche, perfect for keeping bottles tidy. We selected a light, subtle wall light and created a statement shower floor with Verde Marl Marble herringbone mosaic which is paired beautifully with a green-teal ceiling.

Maple Rise, Abington
Specifcation Pack & Show Home Dressing
This 4 bedroom property was part of an exclusive development we worked on with Irwin Building & Development. This particular development consisted of 8 properties for which we provided full specification packages. We carefully selected all fixtures and finishes to create warm, inviting spaces. We also dressed 2 of the properties as show homes to give prospective buyers a feel for how each room can be styled.​
Trumpington, Cambridge
Bathroom Renovation
One bathroom renovation and one transformation from bedroom to bathroom! We removed the original bathroom and installed a fabulous walk in shower with marble brick mosaic and feature tiles to remind our clients of their trips to the Mediterranean. The second bathroom is Victorian inspired with a bordered green floor tile and roll top bath - what was once an unused bedroom corner is now a gorgeous bathroom suite.
